Prioritization of Transportation Enhancement Projects

Transportation Enhancement project applications (including the  Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities Program) for the 2011 - 2014 Program have been received from the Cities of La Crosse and Onalaska, and the Village of Holmen. 

The projects were prioritized at the LAPC BPAC meeting at 2:30 on Monday August 9, 2010.  Prioritization Criteria and a Scoring Chart are available here. 

Here are the Transportation Enhancement applications in the order prioritized by the BPAC (with funding requested):

City of Onalaska - Great River Road/STH 35 Streetscape ($839,298)

City of La Crosse - Oak St. Bridge ($800,000)

City of La Crosse - Goose Green Connector ($295,400)

City of La Crosse - VIP Trail Expansion ($502,180)

City of La Crosse - Black River Path ($256,009)

Village of Holmen - Downtown Revitalization ($323,360)
