Committees

In addition to the LAPC Policy Board, there are three standing committees of the LAPC.  Follow the link for each committee for more information.  The agendas and minutes for each committee are here.  The Standing Committee Bylaws contain the makeup, voting structure and additional information on each standing committee.

Technical Advisory Committee

The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) advises the LAPC on technical aspects of transportation planning. The TAC is the primary review group of all proposals brought before the LAPC and makes recommendations on all projects and programs.

The Technical Advisory Committee meets at 2:30 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month as business dictates.  The TAC meets in Room 3220 of the La Crosse County Administrative Center.

Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee

The Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) was established to study, develop, recommend, and advise the LAPC on a wide range of bicycle and pedestrian programs and issues.

The Bicycle/Pedestrian Committee (BPAC) meets at 4:00 on the second Wednesday of the month as business dictates.  The BPAC meets in the West Conference Room of the La Crosse City Hall.

Transit Coordinating Council

The Transit Coordinating Council (TCC) was established to study, develop, recommend, and advise the LAPC on a wide range of transit related programs and issues.

The Transit Coordinating Council (TCC) meets at 3:30 on the third Tuesday of the month as business dictates.  The TCC meets in Room 3220 of the La Crosse County Administrative Center.
