HWY 14/16/61 Corridor Study - La Crescent, MN.

The purpose of this 2001 study is to determine the technical feasibility, relative safety and effectiveness of different access management and connectivity strategies for Highway 14/61 in the area affected by the replacement or relocation of the Highway 14/61 bridge.  The study area extends along Highway 14/61 from 300’ north of Hillview Blvd. at the northern boundary to the intersection of Highway 16 and Pine Creek at the southern boundary in La Crescent, Minnesota.
