The Coulee Visions Project is Intended to:
  • Assist local governments in updating their comprehensive plans as required by Wisconsin Statutes §66.0295.
  • Develop land use scenarios for the 2035 update of the La Crosse Long-Range Transportation Plan.
  • Demonstrate multimodal development principles using real-world scenarios found within the Coulee Region.
